Why don't we take the hassle away from sourcing you next car. It couldn't be easier, just ask any of our previous customers and they'll tell you how we provided clear and concise details on your HPI clear car, along with pictures and a very attractive fixed price (no additional admin charges here!) including our own excellent nationwide warranty and thorough Pre-Delivery Inspection by our trusted independent workshops. We then went and inspected the car at the main dealers, (we don't source cars from auction) and only trusted main dealers who we have built up a long-standing relationship with, and trust their professional descriptions and appraisal. That's not to say we haven't subsequently rejected cars that don't meet our own exacting standards. Rest assured we have your best interests at heart and it is not uncommon for us to travel great distances, only to return empty handed. We'll keep you informed every step of the way. Once we have sourced the perfect car, we will make it available to you at a time and place to suit you, in order that you may inspect and fully test it, and only once you are entirely satisfied do we put things down in writing, talk to you about our free 7-day car insurance and take a small deposit. The car then goes to trusted workshops and they know our exacting standards and warranty prepartion requirements. We take the view that there is absolutely no point in us cutting corners on preparation, for you only to have the hassle of claiming on our warranty just a few short months later. By spending the money at the outset, ensures long term customer satisfaction. If however, as happens with cars, you have an unforeseen problem, then our warranty, "does exactly what it says on the tin." We don't use the insurance backed warranties who are beholden to shareholders; instead since 2002, we have succesfully used our own Parts, Labour & VAT inclusive warranties (subject to Terms & Conditions), that you'll find refreshingly robust and simple to use. You don't have to bring the car back to us and we encourage the use of your local trusted garage expert. If you prefer, we are happy to deliver your gleamingly prepared car to your home or place of work, just let us know from the outset and there's no charge.
